I understand and agree to pay my full session rate (e.g. $275/45-minute session for individual therapy) at the time of service, should I choose to book an appointment. I understand and agree to pay my reduced session rate (e.g. $70/45-minutes session for individual therapy, should I be eligible. I am not interested in any psychotherapy services.
